Every client follows the same proven sequence.  We address what's limiting your body before asking it to perform.  No shortcuts, no guesswork.

We identify weak links, movement limitations, and what your body truly needs before strength training begins. Clarity on where you are and a clear path for what comes next.

 

Step 02

LIFE Starter Pack  

$500 - 2 sessions

 

Your $125 assessment is applied here. Two focused sessions to start correcting movement patterns and building strength on a foundation designed to last.

Keola Holt

​FOUNDER  KEOLA METHOD  NEW YORK CITY

 

Originally from Hawaii, movement and physical well-being have always been at the core of my life. Health and fitness aren’t just professions to me, they’re lifelong practices built through curiosity, experience, and real-world application.

 

I hold a B.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and am certified as a CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and functions as an interconnected system,  especially through the nervous system.

 

My approach is practical and results-driven. I believe in learning through doing, not just theory, and I apply that same philosophy with every client I work with. Keola Method is built on helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their highest potential in life and sport.

 

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me chasing waves, training, or spending time with my family.

I started working with Keola about a year ago, and it’s been a game-changer. I’m 55, active, and work out 4-6 times a week. But over time, I noticed the right side of my body was becoming stiffer and more limited in its range of motion. Simple things like turning my head or torso to the right became harder than turning to the left. Keola began by working on my right hip. When I tried turning my hips to the left, my right hip would tense up, really limiting my movement. After a few sessions with Keola, that tension started to fade, and my range of motion improved dramatically! What really blew my mind was that he didn’t just focus on my hip—he worked on muscles in my back, left side, and even my right leg. It felt counterintuitive, but the results were undeniable. Another win came when Keola worked on my right shoulder. I struggled with squats because my right elbow wouldn’t go back far enough to support the bar on my shoulders. Keola targeted that issue, and after just two sessions, my range of motion improved, and I could squat comfortably again. If you’re dealing with any kind of movement issue, I can’t recommend Keola enough. It’s worth every minute!
