About me

Hi, I’m Keola Holt, founder of Keola Method.

 

Originally from Hawaii, movement and physical well-being have always been at the core of my life. Health and fitness aren’t just professions to me, they’re lifelong practices built through curiosity, experience, and real-world application.

 

I hold a B.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and am certified as a CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and functions as an interconnected system,  especially through the nervous system.

 

My approach is practical and results-driven. I believe in learning through doing, not just theory, and I apply that same philosophy with every client I work with. Keola Method is built on helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their highest potential in life and sport.

 

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me chasing waves, training, or spending time with my family.
