Who I Am

 

Hi, my name is Keola Holt. Keola is a Hawaiian name meaning life, health, and well-being which is the philosophy my method offers. I’m a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist), MAT Specialist, and founder of Keola Method. With over 20 years in fitness and movement from baseball to surfing i’ve built a system that helps people move better, get stronger, and stay that way.

 

 

Why I Created Keola Method

 

Most training programs push harder or lack structure. Real transformation takes a clear process. I created Keola Method to give people a proven path to restore their body, rebuild strength, and reinforce results.
